Whilst much of Oxfordshire and the UK have enjoyed a snowy Sunday, this is to confirm that Shiplake College will be open as usual tomorrow, for those who can make it in safely. Please note the following from the Headmaster's Twitter:
"At the moment, looking at the weather forecast, will be open tomorrow (Monday 11 December). If the coach companies contact us worried to travel, we will use social media and email to let parents know. Please do not travel if unsafe. Our 4x4s will fetch teachers - if necessary!"
Normal uniform expected but please bring spare warm in case they are required.
In the meantime, the staff who live on site and our full boarders, have been enjoying the beautiful College in the snow - including a frosty row on the river for some!
