Shiplake College is delighted to announce the following 14 Prefect Appointments for the 2015-2016 Academic Year.
The appointments follow a difficult and rigorous application process,
including individual and panel interviews and application letters. Fellow
students and staff are included in the process, which not only tests the
students’ dedication, but also provides fantastic experience for
applying to universities and job interviews.
The Headmaster would like to congratulate all students appointed
as Prefects, which is an exceptional honour and achievement. The appointment shows not only maturity and generosity of spirit, but a commitment to the school, and motivation to the position.
A Head Chapel Warden and Deputy Head Chapel Warden have also
been appointed. Dominic Allen takes the position as Head Chapel Warden. Guy
Pollard is now appointed as the Deputy Head Chapel Warden. The Rev is thrilled
with the new appointments, as both Dominic and Guy have shown dedication to the
Chapel and services throughout their time at the school.
