Tennis Club
Shiplake College tennis Club play fixtures on a strong list and perform well. Our regular competition sees us playing Oratory, Radley, St Edwards, Pangbourne and Reading School to name a few. Regular fixtures are played by 4 teams (1st, 2nd, U15A and a girls team) on most Wednesdays and Saturdays of the summer term. The Club can host matches at Shiplake on either the astro or the grass courts.
Training takes place on most afternoons with a combination of coaching from professional outside staff or our own Shiplake staff. Boys and girls have the opportunity to have winter coaching with Service Line coaching in preparation for the season ahead. We are currently we are looking at the possibility of a tour to Dubai during Easter of 2012.
