Dress Code: Lounge suits
Parking: We have several sports fixtures taking place at the School on the same day so I have requested that the car park at the back of the Jubilee Building (signposted Bursary/School Office) be clear of other cars for our use. Where possible, please park there in the first instance.
Arrival Time: We will be serving arrival drinks on Skipwith Terrace (OVR if wet) from 12.00noon with a view to be seated in the Great Hall at 12.45pm
Table Plan: Wherever possible we will seat people from similar year groups and houses together, and are hoping to accommodate all the attendees who have specifically requested to sit at the same table.
Menu: The OVS committee have worked hard with the catering team to organise a fantastic three course set menu to fit the occasion. You should have advised of dietary requirements at the time of booking, however if you have any special requests please ensure we are aware.
Tour of the School: After lunch we have allocated time for you to have a look around the School. We have requested for all the houses to be open however please note that as we have pupils and boarders onsite, access will only be permitted to the ground floor common room areas.
Carriages: We anticipate that the afternoon will be finished by 3.30pm.
