With our little daffodils in college continuing to bloom (metaphorically and literally), academic clinics in full swing and all of the Music ensembles in top gear it can only mean one thing: Spring has well and truly arrived. To see out a busy and productive term and welcome the Easter holidays we are proud to welcome you to our Spring Concert, which will take place on Friday 23rd March in the Sports Hall from 7:30 – 8:30pm. In addition to the core ensembles and well-established Rock bands we thought it would be only right to share with you the well-deserved winners of the House Music competition ensemble round; Welsh House ensemble. Everett House ensemble will also present their hauntingly beautiful version of Cyndi Lauper’s Time After Time. Also, and for the first time, you are going to get the chance to listen to not one, but two compositions written by some of our young musicians: Freddie Young and Ben Atkin. We look forward to seeing you at the evening of Music which will be followed by refreshments in the OVR.
