The school day begins with registration at 8.00am and finishes at 6.00pm. The whole school meets for Assembly every Monday and for the rest of the week different year groups or Houses gather for assembly, chapel services or Holy Communion in the Parish Church; once each half term there is a Full College Service in the Sports Hall. Mondays to Friday comprise of five or six academic lessons and a games or co-curricular session. Academic support sessions run every day from 4.45pm to 5.45pm, followed by supper for all pupils.
Buses depart at 6.15pm every day, except Fridays when they depart at the earlier time of 5.00pm and pupils can be collected at 4.35pm that day.
All pupils are expected to attend the College on a Saturday if required for sport, Open Mornings or other school commitments. A Weekend Activities Programme runs for boarders on Saturday afternoons and Sunday afternoons, following a leisurely brunch.
