
In a Whole School Assembly this term, the Headmaster, Mr Howe, announced the pupils who have been selected to be Digital Leaders. They are known for their technical expertise and skilful problem-solving skills, which means they are in a position to become points of contact for their peers.
Digital Leaders will assist with building a bridge between the Digital Strategy team and pupils, passing day-to-day pupil feedback to Dr Valim, and ensuring certain messages are shared in houses.
Candidates are self-nominated and the shortlisting process was based on the feedback of Housemasters and, where applicable, their computer science teacher. The College aimed to have up to three Digital Leaders in each house but in some cases, there were more than 10 nominations which showed an amazing level of interest, and, at times, made the decision making process more difficult and more competitive.
All pupils are encouraged to rely on their in-house Digital Leaders for help in understanding when to speak to our IT manager, or when to seek advice from Dr Valim.
